Day-Of Coordination
You are a rockstar organizer who has planned all the details of your wedding day, and now you are ready to enjoy it!
Our Day-Of Coordination starts 30-90 days early, so we can meet with you, review your design and vision, and become the point of contact for all your vendors moving forward. We assist with a day of timeline, rehearsal ceremony, and a site walkthrough with you and the venue.
On the day of we coordinate vendor set up, maintain timelines, and all of the details behind the scenes to ensure your wedding runs flawlessly.
Deluxe Planning
Whether you are recently engaged and not sure where to start, or a busy couple who needs someone to bring their vision to life, we are here to help you every step of the way!
Our Deluxe Planning starts from the initial phone call with you to design and execute your dream wedding. We assist with finding venues and vendors, acting as point of contact throughout the entire process, venue site visits, review proposals and contracts, budget and timelines, floor plan and seating, even menu planning and coordinating tastings!
Our Deluxe Planning includes all of the day of coordinating services.

Founder & Lead Planner
Hi! I’m Neesa, a mom of two boys and two rescue pups. When I’m not planning an event, or acting as a buffer between your mother and mother-in law on your wedding day, (yes, I will do that!), you can find me curled up with my dogs, and a good book.
One of my favorite parts about planning an event is the food! When I worked in hospitality with a Culinary scholarship, I loved exploring the creativity of curating menus and pairings that elevate the entire experience.
When planning any event, from an intimate baby shower to an elaborate wedding, I enjoy getting to know you personally so you can rest assured that your event will be as unique as you are.

We will review which planning package best fits your needs, and the timeline and process leading up to and including your day of event.

DC CORPORATE CHRISTMAS
Corporate Holiday Party
This client hired us to start planning their holiday event in October! This restaurant venue at Saltlik creates the perfect mix of ambient lighting and decorative trees for any holiday party. The clients theme of Candy Cane Lane was designed with red and white roses, floating candles, and candy cane place holders.

Corporate Holiday Party
The beautiful, historic Lougheed House decorates every inch of the venue for the holiday season. To match the venue's elegance, our client opted for a festive centrepiece accompanied with gold napkins. We assisted in creating raffle boxes with proceeds going towards a local charity.
